Yeah, that's fine. So long as the RP itself meets proboards' and CU:LT's rules you're fine.

Exactly what Skall said here. You want to use a Google Doc or a blog that is fine by me. Also, if you have a universal bio you can drop that as an application -- you don't have to stick to our suggested template.
